I can't take a picture due to the sensor being in the corner. One sensor is green and one is yellow.

Could you please confirm if the sensors display a solid yellow light or if they are blinking? Could you also possibly send pictures of the door from the inside, specifically showing the top spring area, as well as images of the motor and rail. Also, are you able to manually open and close the door by pulling the cord to disconnect the trolley?

Solid yellow light.snd I've alresdy sent pictures when they fixed the spring. The door can manually open, but I can't lock it and it's exposing the security of my home. What time will you send someone to fix it?
