Resident said: garbage disposal is not turning on Additional Details: The.garbage disposal was working last night and I didn't put anything crazy down it, but when I flip the wall switch to ON it makes a buzzing sound but the blades don't turn. I hit the reset button, turned the hex bolt back and fkrth witth my hex bolt tool, and unplugged and plugged it back in and it still just buzzes. I also felt down the drain for obstructions and am able to easily turn each blade and there isn't anything that I can feel dow.n there, but again it still just buzzes when the power is turned on. Probable Diagnosis: Disposal jammed diy fail Troubleshooting Steps: - Tried but failed to reset disposal - Resident reset breaker but now disposal humming - Tried but failed to clear jam Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: I have 2 small non-aggressive dogs Resident said: The light over the stove is out Additional Details: The light over the stove is not working. It worked yesterday, but it's out today. I believe it needs to be replaced but I can't safely do that. Probable Diagnosis: Light Not Turning On Troubleshooting Steps: - Resident cannot safely access light to change bulb Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: I have 2 small non-aggressive dogs
