Remove all 6 cartridges, remove 6 handles, replace with new cartridges and new handles. Repair spout to hallbathroom to be flush with the wall. As we were attempting to remove the diverter cartridge from socket the cartridge because of being very worn broken inside of manifold. We sent in additional repair estimate to management for approval and approval was given we proceeded to do additional replacement of shower faucet to hall bathroom. Remove filter where return is located behind hallway shower faucet wall, remove damaged faucet manifold, remove handles, remove trim. Install new 3 handle faucet, install new handles and trim kit, install plywood behind shower faucet manifold, install filter back, install filter grate.
