Resident said: Furnace pvc pipe leaking Additional Details: pvc pipe is broken causing leak inside furnace when AC is running. It possibly broke when the new water heater was being installed. I’m avoiding using the AC so the leak does not continue. Troubleshooting Steps: - Water leaking from heater Permission to Enter: Yes Resident said: When heater is running it smells moldy. Additional Details: When the furnace is running it’s smells weird. Kind of smells like a musty, moldy smell. I’ve been having to keep the heater/AC off due to the smell and I don’t want my 1 year old or 6 year old breathing that smell in. I’ve changed the filter recently. Issue could be due to water leaking. (Issue was reported in another meld). Troubleshooting Steps: - Resident cleaned or replaced filter - Issue persists despite filter change Permission to Enter: Yes Entry Notes: Pets

Glued pvc back in place Tenant said water is leaking through to utility closet when it rains. And bathroom ceiling has some water damage. Need somone to patch roof where vents come through
