Resident said: Furnace pvc pipe leaking
Additional Details: pvc pipe is broken causing leak inside furnace when AC is running. It possibly broke when the new water heater was being installed. I’m avoiding using the AC so the leak does not continue.

Resident said: When heater is running it smells moldy.
Additional Details: When the furnace is running it’s smells weird. Kind of smells like a musty, moldy smell. I’ve been having to keep the heater/AC off due to the smell and I don’t want my 1 year old or 6 year old breathing that smell in. I’ve changed the filter recently. Issue could be due to water leaking. (Issue was reported in another meld).
