Good evening, We received a report indicating that the wildlife specialist attempted to make contact prior to the scheduled appointment yesterday but was unsuccessful. I contacted the pest control company and spoke with the customer service rep left my name and number and no one called or came by Monday or today.. now it's been 2 weeks I've been having the window open in that room since.. it's been cold and I wasn't able to turn on any heat upstairs cause I didn't want the smell to travel no where else... I don't know what's going on with critter control.. no one has gotten in contact with me..
