When we arrived tenant showed us where water was coming up from under wall next to chimney. We removed the cover to the shower handle and ran scope in back of wall. We turned on shower and we didnt find any leakfrim shower. We then poured 5 gallon buckets of water just in shower drain to master bath shower and monitored the other side if wall where water had been seen to cone out and we didnt find any leak. When then ran the shower and we then noticed water seeping up from back wall to shower. We noticed that grout was very cracked and crumbling in several places on wall and floor. The whole inside shower needs to be rerouted. Sending estimate to management.

Good afternoon, Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Just to follow up on a few things. Does this leak only seem to appear when the Tub/shower is in use? For the room where it is leaking into is there carpet or anything of that nature?

yes it only seems to leak when shower is on. there is no carpet in living room .

Hi Nina, thanks for reporting the water issue. It might help to check if the shower curtain or door is sealing properly, as that can sometimes cause leaks. Also, please see if there are any visible pipes or fixtures that look loose. Thanks, and we will follow up. -RR
