Completion notes
When we arrived and began to troubleshoot where leak was happening we found first the garbage disposal was locked up. We removed everything that was inside the garbage disposal and cranked the blades. We ran water and the sink began to backup. We then removed the pvc drain under the sink and ran the drill snake to unclog the drain. We then ran water again and found that both water cutoff valves are leaking and the base of the neck of the faucet are leaking when water is turned on. The water seeps thru the back and leaks outside. Estimate for repairs sent to maintenance coordinator.
