609 Fiesta Circle UNIT 1

When we arrived we went into downstairs bathroom in first bedroom and began to rest the shower to see if we coukd find source of leak in closet. We ran water for about 10 mins and we did not see any water. We removed the remaining warped wood pieces from the floor and vaccumed up all the water. We then proceeded to go to the kitchen and ran water in kitchen sink for about 10 mins and no leak was noticed. We pulled out the refrigerator and found that the water line to the refrigerator had been removed and the cutoff valve was in the off position but had a small stream of water running out of it. We tried to tighten the cutoff valve but woukd not shutoff completely. We removed a small section of sheetrock around the valve and coud see that in back of the wall there was more water in between the wall and the sheetrock could be noticed to have been soaked. We vaccumed the water from the inside of wall. We cutoff the water at the main meter and began to remove the cutoff valve. We replaced cutoff valve and turned the water back on. We monitored for any leaks and monitored the meter to see if there was any indication of usage and none were found for either. We did not reattach the section of sheetrock so sheetrock could dry out.
