1- Walls are in rough shape. Dirty and scuffed up. I have taken pictures and videos. Gapping in between flooring and the walls. Chips in baseboards. 2-Kitchen is also dirty and not painted. Grease drippings coming down the wall above the pantry. Dirty cabinets. Chips in one of the cabinets. Water damage on baseboard by pantry. Top of stove is really scratched. Water damage on baseboard in dining room space. 3-Bathroom in front of the house is dirty. There are 2 stickers in the shower. Paint is so dirty. 4-Ceiling has 2 cracks. Door was fixed but still can see where it was filled. Baseboards are chipped. Chipping on door frame. 5-Walls are really dirty. Chipping on door frame and walls 6-Holes in walls not filled. Dirty walls. Chipped baseboards and door frame 7-Front door is scratched and chipped where lock is. Laundry room has holes not filled. Rust on floor. Walls dirty. Blinds have teeth marks in it. Patio door is all scuffed up 8-Lawn over grown. Bushes overgrown. Front door entrance had feet marks on the floor
