1- The bottom of the cabinet (near the fridge) appears to have a water stain. Pantry door does not latch.
2 - Main bathroom, right hand sink hot water does not work properly. The french doors do not latch. Guest bathroom does not have a shower curtain rod.
3 -Main bedroom: Carpeting lifts a little near edges (where it meets other room flooring). The closet has an outlet with wires sticking out.
4 - Room at the front of house: Closet doors do not latch. Previous wiring and cables in closet walls.
5 - Middle room: Fan strings do not have the ends.
6 - Back door secondary lock is broken. Back screen door is slightly bent inwards. Screen door also has wear and tear. Backyard has a slant, water trails are noticeable. Muddy/dirt areas near the house and porch. The back fence has some wear and tear and holes that are covered by rocks. Back patio appears to have stains. Back yard weather seal is pealing.
7 - Garage door does not open. There are no exterior garage lights. Paint stains and oil stains in the garage and driveway. Garage walls are not painted one color. Sprinkler system was unplugged. Carpet in hallway and around the house lifts in some areas and have some imperfections.
