Additional Details: The left side of the top rack has been coming off the track since I moved in but today when I was unloading the dishwasher the whole top rack came off the tracks and fell and threw my dishes across the room and one of my bowls shattered.

Do we have an ETA on this issue? I think you may have been waiting for me to submit the additional request about the dishwasher not being attached to the counter and leaning forward when opened. I honestly forgot to submit it until today. Please advise when we can address both issues. Thanks!
