Move range and remove the panel under the counter on the kitchen side. Remove a 2'x3' section of sheetrock from the shared wall between the bathroom and the kitchen to gain access to the shower faucet manifold. Remove damaged manifold and replace with new single handle manifold. Test water supply line for leaks. Install all the fixtures(spout, handle, and shower head. Remove drain to the tub and replace with new drain. Drain could not be replaced because a big part of pvc drain pipe was damaged and leaking water it will have to be replaced together with the overflow pipe. We checked the water heater when we were there as instructed and water heater needs to be replaced. Sending estimate for pvc pipe repair underneath building in crawl space and replacing the water heater.
