- [ ] Need new soffit due to no soffit or damaged. 164”x 102” need 70’ of 1”x 3 1/2” of trim due to rotting and to cover bottom part of siding where rotting - [ ] siding in the back cut up to 3” high and add new siding. The panels are 4’x8’ with 10” pattern. Possibly 2 sheets max 3. Siding by garage is damaged in the bottom part cut up to 3’ high and replace with new siding. - [ ] Replace 4 corners facia due to rotting - [ ] replace 20’ of damaged fascia 1”x6” - [ ] replace the entire chimney siding and trim completely rotted will need approximately 4 panels of 4’x8’ and 80’ of trim
